The Last Day Of March

I set a lot of deadlines for myself. Things like word counts I’m going for, sections I’m trying to finish. Tomorrow I’m on target to send my agent a love story I’ve been working on for the last few months.

I think I have something really special here. And if you knew me, you’d know I don’t always say that about every one of my works. Every story I’ve written has a different purpose and a different reason for writing. “Aren’t you trying to tell a good story” you might ask. Yes, definitely. But I do write stories for different reasons, attempting to do certain things, trying to convey certain emotions and themes.
This love story has some great potential. It’s finished and I’m simply touching it up before I get input on it.
I’ve also written half of my next thriller/horror novel. It’s coming along well.
It’s been a long winter. But I’ve been incredibly productive. And I can’t wait for some of these projects of mine to finally see light of day.
